Story Teller

I love when I get to find accessories that can be personalized. They can definitely break the barriers of time, trends, and they just simply become part of you.
South Hills designs do just that. Their necklaces not only are beautiful, but they tell a story. Yours.

When shopping for this lockets, you get to choose everything! It was so fun putting it all together.
I wanted to have charms that could represent the people and things I love.
To name a few:
A wedding ring: This represents the almost eleven years that I have been married to my best friend!
A cross: This represents my faith in Jesus Christ.
A treble clef: Even though I talk lots about make up and fashion, my true passion is singing, writing, and playing the guitar.

Since everything is sold separately, you can start with one set of charms and later on, change them or keep adding as your heart desires!
I am really excited on how this locket came out. It has a timeless look and can be worn with pretty much everything!

For this outfit, I wanted to put together an easy- comfortable- casual look with a bohemian touch. With this top from Oasap not only I felt comfortable due to being so roomy, but it made the outfit look chic and fun with its beautiful bright royal shade. Touches of fringe, lots of bangles, and of course my staple turban completed the look.

This is the kind of outfit that is easy to throw on and
that is just perfect for this busy mommy.

Bare a little

Strappy Front Back

As of lately, Free people has come up with some really cute and interesting bra styles.
It's the kind of bra that you don't want to hide, at least not completely!

I usually do not show a lot of skin, not my style. But with spring/ summer around the corner, done in a subtle way, I can see myself sporting this trend on those really hot days!

Strappy Back Bra

I love the fun-wow factor it can give to a simple tank!
What do you guys think?

Still feeling a little under the weather.
Longing for new adventures....

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day!

As I am writing this, my eyes are the size of a dime and my nose is doing serious competition to Rudolph's.
It is not that cool that I am sick today
but that does not matter...
It is still a beautiful day!

I am very thankful for my family and looking
forward to enjoy them today.
The weather is going to be amazing this weekend
so I am very excited about that too.

I hope you guys have an awesome Valentine's Day!

Hi!
My name is Yesica! When Sue asked me to guest write on her blog, I couldn't help but smile! I've never done this before! A little bit about myself: I am a wife to Andy Flores, an art instructor at The WOW Center a non profit organization, a photographer, and a blogger! Seems like a lot when it's written down, but somehow I find time and the energy to manage it all. My blog is titled SimplyLively.net and it's a photo journal of all my life adventures! Hope you can check it out sometime!

One of my favorite adventures is coming up with a super fun outfits to wear!

If you haven't heard yet NY fashion week started up, and it seems that all our favorite designers, models, and bloggers were in the same place at the same time. I couldn't help but smile at all the "fashion week" posts on my Instagram feed. Part of me was a little sad that I couldn't be there so I decided to satisfy my NY fashion week craving by purchasing one of the items from the Peter Pilotto Collection for Target. As soon as I saw this lovely skirt, I knew that it could be pared with just about anything! I mean look at that cut! Love it!

I figured I'd go a little pattern crazy for this outfit post! Mixing patterns is difficult but can also be a lot of fun. I love the challenge of finding different patterns and pairing/matching them! I paired the skirt with a heart pattern blouse I found at TJMaxx a while back.

One of the most important factors about mixing print is that you gotta rock it! In other words you gotta wear it with confidence!

The fun thing about this outfit is that you can give it a POP of color by accessorizing with a bright pair of shoes, sparkly jewelry, a green purse, or a small HOT PINK jacket. That POP of color completes the look!

I highly suggest you go out and purchase something from this collection and add your own spin to it. I can't wait to wear this out on a Valentine's Date! How would you wear this skirt?

Till Next Time!
Love,
Yesi

It looks like the color Orange is the color to wear!
It was one of the top trends at the New York Fashion week for Spring 2014.
I think this shade is super fun and can give an outfit the perfect pop of color.

Here are my picks!

From bolder shades to softer hues...
there is a way for everyone pulling this shade this season!

Do you dare?

Skater Dress: 3 ways

I think most of us have heard or read how important it is for a woman to have a little black dress.
Today, I chose a simple black skater dress and styled it three ways!

 Boho talk
As you guys know, I love boho. In this outfit,I added bohemian
elements like a kimono and fedora. To bring out the warm rich tones of the kimono,I chose a pair of boots, belt, and bag with reddish undertones. Layered necklaces and lots of bangles gives this outfit the perfect boho status!

The Classic Walk
We all have those occasions where we have to be more dressed up . In this outfit, I played with neutrals with a pop of subtle color. Baby blue and silver accents, along with a pair of dainty earrings give the final touches for a simple, classic - sophisticated look.

Rock it out!
For the rocker in you. In this outfit I added edgy elements like a pair of Doc Martens, a leather jacket, and a distressed back pack. To bring some contrast, I chose a gray leather jacket and silver jewelry. Of course, a pretty cool looking hat seemed like a good idea as well!

Which outfit is your fave?
