Girly Inspo

Today's Inspo is all about pink tones, ruffles, and floral.
I think most of us have that day when we feel very girly and we want to dress the part. I'm not the kind of girl that wears pink. But after stumbling with these pictures, I sure want to incorporate more of it in my wardrobe.

This weekend I got to wear the prettiest and coziest sweater dress from Gypsan. The high low ruffled bottom along with the A- line cut that it has makes it a new favorite of mine! I love that it can be worn as a dress or even as a top if you add a pair of cool leggings.

My trusty purple kimono seemed like a good idea to throw on and of course, I couldn't helped but wear one of my staples, the turban. I really can't live without it!
As of lately, if I don't wear one, I feel kind of naked... haha.

I love statement necklaces, and this one from Oasap was the perfect one to wear. It gave the outfit a romantic feel.

Needless to say, I felt like a princess twirling around and soaking up the sun, it was definitely fun...

ARK

Hi guys!
Today I wanted to introduce you to a cool store called Ark.
You can find this company online as well as on different locations around  the UK.
Ark definitely falls into the stores that satisfy the savvy shopper in me!

Besides their own brands Hearts&Bows for the girls and Cloak for the guys, they also carry labels like Superdry, Motel Clothing, Religion Clothing, among others.

Their inventory includes lots of vintage inspired pieces as well as many newer trends.
 Budget-friendly prices will surely
call your attention as it did to me when I first visited them!

Tartan skater skirt

 Black and White Floral skater

 Black Quilted leather skater skirt

From vintage vibes to trendy skater skirts, Ark has a lot to offer and deserves to be checked out!

Lately Cravings

As of lately, there are some products that have been calling my attention big time!

The new Tarte The Mattenificient palette features one of my favorite eye shadow finishes: Matte!
This palette not only comes in a beautiful packaging, but the soft earthy tones makes it perfect for everyday use!

Also from Tarte, the BB Tinted Treatment 12-hour primer broad spectrum has been a product I have been trying for a while now thanks to Sephora samples. I really love the coverage, how it camouflages pores really well, and my skin looks really smooth. I think I am ready to take the plunge and purchase a bottle.

Anastasia recently came up with a new product called the Dip brow pomade. Even though I have been using MAC's dip down fluid line for my brows, this one from Anastasia makes me intrigued since it claims to work perfect in humid weather.

Maybelline has been surprising lots of us with their new and improved products. The Buffs, is one their latest lipstick collections and there are a few shades that I am in love with. I really need to get in the nude lips wagon. It has been really hard to spot them though, so the search continues!

What are your lately cravings?
Let me know!

Review: Catastrophe Cosmetic Face mask

 Catastrophe Cosmetic Fresh face mask

Lush has been one of my favorite brands for a while now. I love their soap bars, bubble bars, and my absolute favorite: The Jumping Juniper shampoo bar!
Perfect for an oily scalp.

As I needed to replenish on my shampoo, I made a quick trip to Lush and decided to browse their masks. One of the lovely ladies at the counter  approached me and we talked about my skin concerns. She ended up recommending the  Catastrophe Cosmetic mask.

This particular one, is packed with blue berries, calamine, rose absolute and chamomile blue oil to soothe redness, irritation, and cleanse without stripping of its natural oils. From the first use, I noticed immediately that it calmed my irritated areas due to acne. They looked less red and my skin felt really clean and even brighter. I have been using it for over two weeks and it is perfect for my sensitive acne prone skin. No irritation or itching so far.

This mask needs to be refrigerated! I really like the cooling effect it gives once applied.
Price:$6.95/2.1 oz

As far as application goes it can be a little tricky to put on because it does not have a super smooth texture. It feels a little grainy due to the blue berries chunks that it has. This didn’t bother me though. To rinse it out, it takes a little work as well but then again, I have to do the same with the Mint Julep mask which it was the one I was using before. I grabbed a small towel, damped it in warm water and gently got the mask left overs off. My skin felt really smooth!
I have been noticing less break outs,  and the ones I am getting are not as big. I am really excited about what this mask  can do for my skin along with my other skin care routine!

Pros:
*Smoothes skin from first application
*Soothes redness
*Deep cleanses, less breakouts
*Smells great
*Natural ingredients

Cons:
*It expires pretty quickly.  It can be used up to 2 times a week so I am planning on  doing it like so to get the most out of it.

*The price is pretty doable but since it expires so quickly some people may not want to spend the $6.95 on something they will be throwing away sooner than with other masks.
* It comes in a pot. You have to make sure your hands are clean to prevent the product to get bacteria.
* Sold online only

I give this mask a high five and totally recommed it!

Which is your favorite Lush mask?

Beloved

Hello my loves!

After having gray skies and rain over the week, the weekend finally brought sunshine again to South Florida.

Yesterday the temperature went up to 78degrees, needles to say, I was very happy!

I took advantage of the weather and wore for the first time this Free People cardigan that hubby bought for me when it was still too hot to wear. Paired off with this dress,it was perfection. I fell in total love.I love the versatility of this Voile trapeze, it can be styled in so many ways.
Be warned, you will be seeing it often!

The boots, are from Sammydress. I have been looking for a pair of high boots with a boho touch so when I had the chance to shop at their website I was lucky to find these. Not only they are extremely affordable at $15, but for the price, the quality is pretty good! Their site is definitely one to check out. Their inventory is huge and most of their items are budget friendly.

Layering necklaces is something I have been doing pretty much all the time as of lately. I find it fun to play with diferent styles, textures, and colors. This druzy necklace, is from Beadmania. These necklaces are handmade by puertorican hands! I love the color of it and how delicate it looks. The stone is so beautiful and the tassel detail has to be my fave!

Well, Monday is here again, I hope you guys have a very blessed week!

Hi guys!
After a long hiatus I am back into the blogging world. It's been only a week after we came back from Puerto Rico, so it has been a time to readjust to normal life.

Our time in the island was so amazing! We visited some of our fave places, we ate a LOT haha, and of course, sharing with the family was something that I was yearning for sooo long... I am now missing everything.

Here are some pictures I wanted to share with you!
See ya soon.
