Tomboy

Today's outfit inspiration leans to a more of a Tomboy look.
A pair of boyfriend jeans and Doc Martens boots seemed
 like the perfect combination.

To balance the outfit and give it a feminine touch,

I styled the striped top with a colorful tassel necklace

and this bright blue backpack, that not only is

super convenient for everyday use, but it's bright

blue color is absolutely gorgeous.

Add a red lipstick, tousled  your hair,

and this look is complete!

Happy Wednesday

Chunky Cardi

Brrr...that's all I can say. It's been pretty cold here
in Orlando and we are loving it!  I think I always
say that haha.. but since we moved in September,
the weather here has been so lovely.
Today we went to the recently remodeled
Kissimmee park and oh boy,
it was 49 degrees and suuuper windy!
My hair was all over the place and my fingers got all numb...

This chunky cardigan from Oasap has been keeping
me warm lately. I love the two big front pockets,
they were definitely a life saver today.
If you love it too, hop on to their website because
it is only $17.97!

I feel like this week went pretty fast.. and on Saturday,
I officially become a soccer mom!
The kiddo is excited and we are too.
I'm happy that he's gonna be more active
and able to meet / play with other kids.

Time Out!

Hello everybody!

I've been away for quite some time. The last half of January was a bit rough as my husband went through some health issues. First, it was a kidney stone, and then a week after that he got an appendectomy. It was a bit hectic  but I do have to say that I felt so calmed. I've been in the WORD, and reading the bible everyday, even if it is just a few sentences, brings a sense of peace and the understanding that I need to let go and fully trust that Jesus is taking care of us. Hubby starts working again this coming Wednesday so I'll enjoy him as much as I can until then!

On another note, I have been into journals again.
I love technology, but I still love more a pen and a blank
piece of paper.

Encouragement is something that we all need
at some point, and a lovely sister in Christ
did just that the other day.
She sent me a beautiful card, with beautiful
words of encouragement. I'm so thankful to be part of
Calvary Chapel Lake Buenavista!

Look at my handsome boy!
On Friday the 13th,the first graders performed in
a concert about friendship.
It was the cutest thing to watch.

Aren't these super cute?
First time going to Hobby Lobby, and really
loved it! These are perfect to use with my Target planner,
which I got from their dollar spot!

Have a blessed week
 xoxo
