Katy Perry's Make up

Even though I do not follow her music, I absolutely love her make up looks. 
Her skin always look like porcelain and her eyes look just perfect!
I know that Photoshop is involved, but.. :)

    I don't really like her music (but I can't lie, I do own the Teenage Dream album!!) but I agree 100% about her makeup... I love that she isn't afraid to experiment with it!
