Maybelline Color Tattoo Shadows

I am pretty sure you know about these already. I have seen the blog community as well as you tube gurus raving about them. I got these just a little before the Color tattoo mania explode all over the internet. I love them, and they are a great dupe for MAC paint pots. They are really long lasting- creaseless- and the shades are beautiful! Price: $6.99

MAC Naked pigment

This is a pigment that should be on every make up addict collection! It is so versatile and the fleshy beige shade is just beautiful. Price: $20.00

Clinique Acne Emergency gel

This is an HG product! I can't seriously live without this. I still experience some breakouts at that time of the month. As soon as I see a small red bump, I apply this gel twice a day and it heals super quick, not leaving any marks. Price: $14.50

Milani liquif' eye pencil

These pencils are water line love! Finding a liner that can actually show on my waterline is always a mission. I love MAC's Smolder and now I love the Milani more. Not only shows super dark on my waterline and it is long lasting but the price tag is also sweet! Price: $6.99

The fam and I spent ours at Miami, Bayside on a 31st floor with a gorgeous view.

An hour before midnight we decided to go down to Bayside park to see Mike Posner and Ludacris

since they were giving a free concert.

We laughed a lot and had a great time

NEW Maybelline Color Tattoo cream shadows Haul and First Impressions

Today I went on the hunt to get these new cream shadows from Maybelline after

reading lots of good things about them last night.

People were comparing them to MAC paint pots and raving about the good pigmentation

as well on the long wear on the eye.

When I went to my closest Walgreens I noticed that they are having a sale buy one get one 50% off on Maybelline products so I took advantge of that and bought two shades.

Price at Walgreens is $6.99 vs CVS $7.45

Just looking at the container they give me the feel of a MAC paint pot.

When I swatch it on my hand the texture felt creamy and even though one is more opaque than the other

the pigmentation on both is pretty good!

I let the swatches set for a while and onc they dry whic is pretty quick and I like, they didn't budge AT ALL.

I hope I can get the same effect on moving lids :)

Fierce and Tangy ( bottom) has more of a matte finish compared to Edgy emerald which has more of a metallic finish to me ( Top)

On the container they claim to have a wear of 24hr which I doubt, but if they give me 8 hrs or little more I'll be satisfied. I will be using these tomorrow to try them out and if they do not crease I'll be back for more to take advantage of the sale which ends on the 7th.

From the two my fave is Fierce and Tangy.. look at that gorgeous color!!

Flake polishes have been a rave of mine at the moment.

I absolutely love the awesome effect and the simple way to achieve it :)

This one I got it a few weeks ago at the Inglot store and today I also picked up

I hope you lovely ladies had a great holiday!

Mine was short but really good. After work,we drove to Orlando on Christmas Eve and spend the night eating a nice traditional puertorican meal made by my wonderul mother in law.

Afterwards, we were all happy and full so we stayed home and I did some calls to my family in Puerto Rico.

The next day we open presents really early in the morning and we really enjoyed our son's face of excitement :)

I had the chance to take advantage of the Milani Cyber Monday sale

and I can't be any happier with the products I purchased!

I really wanted to try their Lip Flash pencils, nail polishes, and baked blushes.

I am really happy with these pencils. They are long lasting and the effect they give to the lips remind me of MAC Dazzleglasses but without the glossy if that makes sense ha ha!
From the three, my fave is Flashy. This one is the most pigmented and creamy.

Baked blush in Luminoso, just like the name is a luminous gorgeous blush. It is such a pretty peachy sahde!
It does have fine glitter but it does not look like a disco ball. It actually gives a beautiful glow to the skin.
Since I got it, I have been using it lots!

I also got two nail polishes. Love the colors and they are easy to work with :)

Quick FOTD: W&W Bake-off contest

Hello girls!

I am hoping you guys are having a great week so far :)

I already have my Christmas tree up as well as a bright light fest outside of my apartment since all the neighbors get together to do so every year!

I will be posting pictures of it soon.

Now back to this post,

Here I am with a quick FOTD featuring some colors from the limited edition Wet and Wild baked shadows.

Since I saw them for the first time, I knew I wanted the blues. All the colors looked so so pretty.

After a mission of searching different Walgreens, I was able to find them and as planned

purchased the Bake- off contest palrette.

I am not going to review them since there is a million reviews out there. However I do have to say that these shadows are pretty amazing for the money you pay.

As a lot of people have said they worked best when you use them wet. You get intense pigmentation and beautiful shades to play with.

In this FOTD I am wearing the second blue marble color on the first row and the baby blue shade located on the second row. I added some of the black shadow as well. The rest of the colors on the eyes I used the UD Naked palette. I really loved this color combo and I hope you guys like as well :)

Hi lovelies!

Today I just wanted to rant about a product that I have been using for about 2 months

and I can not believe did not use sooner!

I am talking about the Clinique emergency gel lotion.

This little guy has 5% of Benzoil peroxide and it is meant to be used as a spot healer.

I have my acne prety much under control now but whenever

I see a naughty blemish trying to make an appearance

I apply this twice a day and boooom!!

The blemish is not going to grow and get a head,

and no ugly mark is left to be seen :)

I am really happy with this product so I highly recommended.

It comes in a handy tube and retails jut for $14.50

I just can't help it... at least today I used my Nikon so the pictures today are better quality!

I've been wanting to use my Glamour Doll shadow called Tattoed, so today I shopped my stash and used that one along with another fave that has been neglected.. Yogurt from MAC :)

As you guys can see my skin has gotten a lot better! and I can't be any happier :)

I think I found the best products for my skin so I am crossing my fingers that I can stay with clear skin.

I have used cleasing wipes in the past without any sucess really.

They all irritated my skin really bad so I kind of gave up and stop buying them.

A few weeks ago, a sweet friend of mine ( that's right, I said sweet, if you are reading this)

talked to me about these wipes so I felt intrigued and decided to buy a small 10 pack.

I really love that they have the right amount of moisture and a sweet cucumber smell which is very pleasant!

They are not a substitute for cleansing, but they do a pretty god job

so after I use my soap I can feel my skin really clean.

FOTD: It's been a while

Hi guys!

It feels like ages of me sharing a FOTD!

Since I came from Spain I've been very busy at work.

Bonus time started and every time,it's really intense.

I only have this pic of the make up, so please pardon me for the lack of pictures.

For the past weeks I've been using the Smash box high Definition foundation, concealer, primer, along with their mineral loose powder and I am really liking it. I am not breaking out as often so this make up
is really doing good on my skin. I bought a trial package at Macy's for $49.

The foundation is medium to buildable coverage so certain areas of my acne brown marks can be seen so I still need to do other tricks but it's all worth it since it is also a very lightweight foundation.

I'm back!

Spain was a unique, romantic, enchanting and just marvelous place to visit.

We spent some days in Madrid as well as in Barcelona.

From the two, we really loved Madrid. There was something in the air that it was just amazing.

The people were all dressed up nicely and the streets we so alive with people eating and talking.

The food in Madrid was also delicious.

We ate lots of ham and tapas!
Make up was non existent.. it felt nice to just don't care!

Yesterday I went to my second training of the season
and I always enjoyed them very much.

Aside of getting goodies, which is always awesome,
I just love to be reminded how amazing

the brand is and get to know more about future products.

Clinique has been coming out with amazing treatments to
address different

Dermatological concerns and we are getting on the top!

The number #1 product right now in the line is the Even Better Clinical Dark Spot corrector.

What it is: A clinically proven Serum that reduces dark spots and discoloration in the skin

How?: With a patent pending CL-302 formula, plant extracts, and a potent Vitamin C derivative

delivers a clinical strength to reduce dark spots and discoloration.

Uneven skin tone and dark spots in the skin is a big concern among women and we were the first ones to came out with a solution a year and a half ago. Still as of today, customers are returning for more!

Everyday I love to try something different as my make up goes.

However, there is a look that I love and do very often and is this one right here!

Teal is a color that I absolutely love and I usually get compliments when I wear it.

The lips usually vary from coral, nudes to this bright pink that I adore: MAC Show Orchid.

This is what I wore to church today.

After 7 months i'm back singing and I had a blast!!

Review: Shiseido Sheer Mattifying Powder Foundation

Shiseido was a brand that I never felt attracted to.

I really do not know exactly why but I just never payed attention to it.

A few months ago, I started to look into it more since one of my lovely
friends got a full time position there.

Little by little I have to say that I am getting more interested in the brand.

Their cream shadows are just lovely ( I did a review recently on them)

and the make up that I am wearing in these pictures?

Well I am kind of loving it!

You guys know that I am always on the hunt for my HG foundation hehe..

So one day, I saw my friend and her skin looked so beautiful

that of course I had to ask which foundation she was using.

When she showed me what she used, it turned out to be a Powder foundation.

I immediately felt a little discouraged, since powder foundations usually do not cover

as much and they look all cakey-powdery.

She offered me a sample and I opened my eyes so big
because a powder sample is very random to get.

Here in these pictures I am ONLY wearing their

Sheer Mattifying Powder foundation and a little bit of bronzer.

As you can see, the coverage is really nice and it looks really good on pictures.

In real life you could still see some areas that needed more coverage but with a little concealing it's perfect!

What I love about this make up is that it is very mattifying so it is perfect for my oily skin.

Non- acnegecnic- Non comedogenic-Dermatologist tested- Fragance free = winner!

With a sensitive-oily- acne prone skin that I have I am always afraid of what I apply on my skin

so when I read all of these awesome facts I was ready to jump in and try the sample.

So far,.after a week of trying the powder I have not broken out so

I will be buying this powder as soon as on this coming Friday :)

Some of Shiseido's produtcs you have to buy the case and make up separately.

The case for this foundation retails for: $8.50

The refill make up retails for: $30

I know, a little pricey but I think it's worth it.

As far as application goes,the brush that I used to apply this

powder is actually their new foundation brush.

I will be reviewing it on another post but I'll give you a hint.. AMAZING!

Hello pretty ladies!

Today I come up with a little review of

Shiseido’s new cream shadows.

When I saw these hit the counter , I got fascinated

with some of the colors.

On Shiseido's website this is the description of the product:

“A lightweight cream eye shadow with a radiant, lustrous finish that maintains a just-applied fresh look for 16 hours without smudging or creasing. Applies easily with your fingertip for a smooth, even finish. Hydrates skin with Super Hydro-Wrap Vitalizing DE”

I got a very nice sample that included 3 colors:

Mist, Magnolia, and Purple Dawn.

When I first applied these,

I noticed that the texture

is very soft and velvety just like they said it is.

All of the colors have like a pearl finish.

I tried using a brush as well as my fingers to apply the product on my lid/crease and using both

techniques I was able to apply an even layer.

To apply the color on the crease I decided to use my MAC 217 brush and it was very easy to blend!

Now onto the non creasing formula? Well on me, they did crease!

(Even though I used UDPP before hand and set them with a little powder)

I was a little disappointed but I do have oily lids and the way my lid is, it has like a fold right in the center

so it’s so easy to get a crease line there :/

I have tried different cream products in the past and they tend to crease one me so I shouldn’t be surprised lol.

Even with the NYX pencils I need to carefully apply a very thin layer or otherwise they will crease as well.

I do want to try them again using a fine layer and using other brand shadows to set them.

The ones I used to set these on this FOTD where a pink and a purple from the 88 palette.

Even if I can not use them on the lid, I do want to purchase some colors because I can use them for highlight, at the tearduct, or above the crease since on those areas the product stayed on perfectly.

If you don’t have oily lids, this product stays pretty well since I saw the lady from the counter

with them on all day looking perfectly fine!

Eventhough this day was super hot outside I felt like doing some fall inspired make up.

It has been a while since I used my MAC Night Violet lipstick so I decided to give it some love!

The summer has been great so far but I am soooo ready for fall.. I really need the 70's weather :-)

My make up area!

I've been wanting for the longest to revamp/organize my make up area with something nice and girly.

I had in mind getting some stuff from IKEA but I saw this Vanity set at Bed Bath and beyond

and eventhough is smaller, it was a good decision to buy.

It was cheaper than the IKEA set up and it fits perfect in my room.

I got this one for $132 using the 20% off coupon.

Not bad at all huh?

The quality of it is not extraordinary

but it is not super cheap either.

It requires only some assembly and it is

available in black and white.

This Vanity set comes with a flipping mirror, 2 deep drawers, and the cute stool.

If you leave the mirror up you can have a nice deep space in the middle of the vanity to fit more stuff!

After I set up everything I realized that I do not have that much make up at all!!! lol

I was able to fit everything in this Vanity and in the weave basket on top of the 3 set of drawers on the left.

I got those at Target a while ago so I am not sure if they still sell those.

The first morning I did my make up here I just felt soo good!

Everything was easy to find and I was just happy to have my little space dedicated to make up :)

Here I have some disposable lip and mascara wands, some face products

On the right side I keep my cheek products, single shadows, and NYX trios which

I just realize you can not see lol..

they are under that Inglot lip palette :)

I got this blue organizer thingy at target a while ago as well.

I payed just a dollar.

Here I keep my clinique make up and treatment samples

as well as lipglosses, NYX Jumbo pencils and some other random little things.

I am really a fan of the Clinique Turnaround line.

These products help to accelerate cell turnover giving you

smooth, radiant skin!

I have used their Turnaround Serum which is amazing :)

I am very excited with their new addtion to the line:

Yay!!!!

I finally made it to the Inglot store :-)

After counting the days, yesterday I had the chance

to finally visit it.

However, the lady that helped me was not as nice so she kind of

threw off my excitement a bit.

As I had planned, I got a 10 matte palette.

I was lemming a 20 palette but I thought

the 10 palette is better for traveling.

I could not filled the palette, since they did not have

a color that I wanted so now I have to wait

2weeks to get it :(

I heard that they might bring some new colors in October

so if that is true I'll wait for that.

The shadows as many people have mention are crazy pigmented, smooth, and my fave.. easy to BLEND!

I also got the precious teal gel liner that

I've heard so many raves about.

It is truly and amazing color!

Yesterday I got a lot of compliments with this look.

I know the picture is a little disappointing :(

I am really thinking on buying another digital camera.

I love my big Nikon, but most of the times I am rushing and would be nice to have an HD

camera but in smaller proportions for the times that I can only take pics in my car lol.

I really like how this look this turned out!

Yesterday I had the chance to stare, touch, swatch, and squeal of emotion at the new

CHANEL Collection Illusions D' Ombres.

so what captured my attention?

The new long wearing Luminous shadows!

All of them look so pretty in the jar and I was very surprised with the pigmentation they had.

They are what I wanted the MAC's bounce shadows to be.

The texture is amazing and they glide on very smoothly.

I wonder how well they would stay put through out the day though.

The ones that really stand out to me where:

EMERVEILLÉ, peach

ILLUSOIRE, purple

EBLOUI, red brown

MIRIFIQUE, black

From the nailpolishes the one that stole my heart was Peridot which is the 3rd one from left to right.

Look at that awesome color!!!

The lipsticks are very pretty but the one that I love is BRAISE, reddish brown.

One of the CHANEL girls had it ond she looked amazing with it!

I was not too crazy about the lipliners and lipglosses though.

But they are still nice colors.

New Sigma palettes

It seems like Sigma is stepping up their game with these

new palettes that came out recently.

I really like the names they chose

DARE

I think the colors in this palette look pretty interesting.

I see some colors that I definitely do not have in my collection.

I love the different red tones.

The one that really drives me crazy here is "Shout"

Just look at that awesome yellow/orange tone, perfect for summer :)

BARE

This palette is really beautiful but maybe because I already have

the UD Naked palette which has a lot of different neutrals, this one does not call my attention as much.

However, I do have to say that I love "Snoop" I looks like the perfect matte gray!

FLARE

I am a super sucker for purples so this one of course just makes my heart race : D

I saw xsparkage from YT wearing "Allure" and it looked just perfect and gorgeous.

I've been using Ardell lashes for a while and I would love to experiment with a new brand.

Red Cherry lashes are calling my attention!

I discovered Duraline thanks to a co worker.

I am very intrigued by it since it is an oily liquid and it turns your eyeshadow in liquid, waterproof, long last eyeliner!

I think it's a fun product to have in my stash.

I can not take out of my mind this one!

I would love a 20 matte palette.. yup.. all mattes!

Yes.. I am finishing up my wish list with another Inglot item.

Hello!!

Today I just want to show you guys my little Essie haul.

As you guys know, I got into nails a few months ago and now it is becoming

my new addiction haha :)

I've heard so many raves about the Essie brand and now this brand is available at Walgreens, CVS, Target and even Macy's!!

When I found out Macy's is carrying the brand I got excited because I can buy with my employee discount!

Nice is nice is a very beautfiul lavender shade which I've been wanting for the longest.

BFF Best boyfriend is a pinky nude shade perfect for work.

Turquise and Caicos is the star! I super love this shade and I can not wait to use it.

It is sort of a teal mixed with mint kind of color haha I just love it so much!!

Bday in Puerto Rico

Hello guys!

Today was a great day. We head to church in the morning and the service was great!

I love how my pastor said Happy Empty Tomb!

And he is so right.. today is a day to celebrate the resurrection of our Jesus :-)

Worship time was awesome, the songs were so beautiful!

I was a little sad that I could not sing this weekend.

I gave my life to Christ 6 years ago and it has been the best decision ever.

He is always there, always listening, always a father...

After church we head with our new member of the family to the park

and now were are home resting ;-)

Hello ladies!

Today I come with a rant! LOL

When I ran out of my beloved MAC Cremestick lip liner in Lush- N- Lilac I knew I was in trouble.

It was the perfect purple color for me.

I remembered I purchased it in a CCO ( Cosmetic Company store) like around a year ago.

I have tried vivising my nearest CCO as well as the ones located in Orlando FL when I go visit and no luck :(

I have also tried to find a dupe and I have been very unsuccessful.

I need your help!!

If you guys know about a good dupe for this liner I would aprecciate if you can let me know in a comment!

Also, if you happen to know if there is a counter or CCO with this liner in stock where you live please buy it for me and we can make arrangementes so I can pay you back!!

China Glaze: Broken Hearted

Hi ladies!

Behold the Crackle!!!!

I finally got my hands on these. I literally called so many Sally's and they were sold out.

Luckily my hubby was in Orlando and he found me one in pink.

Now that I finally tried this on, I love it and I will be in the hunting for more colors.

This effect is so cool and fool proof to do!

I don't know about the OPI formula but this one was easy to use.

It does dry a bit quick but it wasn't a big issue.

I applied it as I would normally apply a nail polish with one stroke in the middle and then one on each side of the nail.

The design came out good :D

Ok, let me start saying that water barble nails are not easy to do!!!

I spent over an ahour trying to get it right but it just didnt happen.

Not sure if the nail polish brand is a big thing, some say yes some say no.. anyways.. I think I'll be trying later on with the China Glaze brand.

Well.. this is what I ended up doing instead.

Very simple, glittery pink nails with a little flower on my ring finger.

I am really happy with the Wet and Wild nail polishes.

So far at least for me, it's been easy to work with them.

For this NOTD I used:

Wet and Wild in Sparked

Sinful Colors Top coat

Nail Stickers from the brand Kiss

I purchased everything at Walgreens

Got my hands on a China Glaze Cracle!!

Water Marbling Nails!

Oh my!

Maybe it's old news to you guys but for me it's new and I am loving this idea!!

I am planning on trying this on the weekend :)

Tomorrow I'll be going to Sally's to pick one of the China Glaze cracle nail polishes( that I've been crazy to own)

and some normal ones to use for this water marble design.

Inglot small haul!

OMG!!

My jaw dropped when I went to Aventura mall today and saw that there is an Inglot store!!

I've heard about Inglot from other bloggers as well as on You Tube.

I've been always intrigued with the brand so I had to buy some stuff right? :D

The store was very pretty and they have 2 tables full of different products.

On the walls they had a lipstick area, false lashes and face products.

The girl that worked there told me that right now you can't buy single shadows or lipsticks in pan form but that

soon they will be doing so.

On the tables you can see the different shadows, lipsticks, and blushes and you can customize your palettes. They call it the Freedom System.

They have the most gorgeous gel liners in a bunch of different colors.

I am for sure coming back to pick some since they only retail for $13 US.

I was surprise with the prices.

They are really affordable!

The color is similar to MAC's Blue Brown pigment.

The cam is not doing justice to these 3!!

They are absolutely gorgeous.

The first 2 look like MAC Dazzleglasses but in lipstick form.
The 3rd color os more of a satin finish. All three are super pigmented and creamy.
I need to see how well are they gonna hold up on my lips.

Unfortunately, I did not write the numbers so I do not know how to even call these so

I definitely need to pass by again to find out about that and I will update you guys.

I payed $16 US for the palette of 3

Lip brush is sold separately but since I already have one I passed.

These guys shimmer a lot!!

I tried to take lots of pictures and could not capture how pretty and shimmery they really are :(

First Nail post!

Hi guys!

This is my first ever nail post :D

I've never been into nails that much but lately I've found myself looking at

other nail posts and enjoying them a lot!

Wet and Wild is imrpressing me so much every day.

From the grogeous new palettes and now the beautiful new nail polishes!

I decided to give them a try and got these 2

If you love glitter, you gotta buy Party of Five!

It is a clear nail polish with beautiful chunks of glitter in different colors and sizes.

It has silver, violet, red, among other colors mixed in.

As far of application is a little tricky.

You kind of have to glob it and work it on the nail rather

that going evenly downwards. But I guess it depends on the how you want the glitter to look on the nail.

Another beauty I picked up is Teal or no Teal.

This is an amazing shade!

It took about 2 coats to get a decent opacity.

As the name says, these nail polishes dry very fast but not too fast that you have to hurry.

This is what I wanted to do after seeing other pictures on line..

I super love the effect of this glitter!

If you like, just stop by your favorite drugstore.

These retail just for a dollar!!

Since it was my first time working with this glitter and just working with my nails for that matter

you can see the glitter is not applied the same in my nails but that's ok.. I'll keep practicing!!

Lighting was not great so so sorry about that too :(

Hello guys!

Today I wanted to shop my stash and I pulled one of my still fave palettes:

MAC /HK Lucky Tom quad!

I think all the colors in this palette are gorgeous... and I think I have mentioned it here before :)

The only shadow I did not use was Creme Royal, because I wanted to use Naked pigment instead :D

On my lips I have one of the newest lipsticks from Bobbi Brown.

They are called Rich Color with SPF 12

These lispticks are fabulous!!

I have tried almost all of them lol

The pigmentation is just awesome.

ALL ABOUT LIPS

This is a product that I was not using or paying attention to until a month ago.

I have always had the issue that certain bright colors specially reds would feather horribly,

so I was not using them as much.

One day, I was about to do my lips in the morning at work and I saw the little bottle.

When I read the description above I thought.. why not finally try it and I did.

After trying this white creamy product I fell in love!!!

Now I can wear my reds without a problem!!!

I have been using it ever since and I highly reccomended.

It is a bit pricey $21, but I think it's all worth it if you are struggling with the same thing.

The product is very easy to use and you just need a little.

The consistency is similar to a face lotion, but it is very lightweight and lips feel softer after wards.

Just dab it on the lips and let it absorb before applying your lisptick.

And that's it!

Beautiful lips for hours to come :)

MAC Kelly meets pink!

Helloooooooooooo!

I purchased a few days ago 4 new shadowsfrom MAC :)

I got Kelly, Prussian, Cobalt, and Aqua!!

I saw this picture on facebook

and I just loved the combination so I thought MAC Kelly and Prussian could be put to good use.

This is my wearable version of this look to go to work today.

My future Vanity/ Make up Area

Hi guys!

Today I spent quite some time browsing and making a wish list of all the things

that I want to put this vanity together :-)

Most of the tings that are in the picture I super love and they have it in stock!!

I wont be getting the lamps and the small mirror since it's not lighted and it has only one side that magnifies.

I'm very excited with my little project since my current make up area is sooo small and not comfy.

Hopefully by April I can have it ready and of course I will be sharing pics!!!!
