New in: Lush Tea Tree Toner

A couple of months back I started changing my makeup and skincare products in the hopes of clearing out my skin. I've been very conscious about the ingredients I put on my face and have discovered many products in my stash that were not doing any good.
I was in a real need of an alcohol free toner and after a long research this one came as the best natural choice. Before this one, I was using on an off the Clinique Claryfing lotion but it was too harsh for my sensitive skin.

This Tea Tree toner is from Lush and I love the fact that besides being an alcohol free product, it does not have any other ingredient that can either bring more breakouts or irritation to my skin.
It's antibacterial properties from the Tea tree help heal and prevent future acne and with the help of Juniper, it  promises to keep oils at bay!

I have been using this product for a week and so far I feel very pleased with it! I do not feel any burning sensations when applied at all. It feels very refreshing, removes traces of makeup, and tightens the skin helping the pores to shrink a bit.
I'm looking forward to see what this product continues to do, so I'll keep you guys posted.

This bottle retails for $9.95 for a 3.3 oz bottle.
Because of the natural ingredients, the shelf life of it is very short, but if you plan to use it everyday it shouldn't be a problem.
Have you tried this product?
Which Lush product is your absolute fave?

New in, Creepers!

Add caption

Hello guys!
Today I wanted to share with you the latest addition to my closet. I remember the first time I saw a pair of creepers I was so unsure about them, but little by little I started to really get into them and decided to take the plunge and order a pair. I got these from Oasap and I am loving the leopard detail for sureThey can definitely add some edge to an outfit and can't wait to style them. I think you guys can still use my code fintia01 for a 20% off!

Are guys into creepers?

Dailylook Black booties /Target High knee socks/ Forever21 skirt and bag/ H&M Leopard blouse/ Royal Blue blazer thrifted/ Charlotte Russe Necklace

Hello my loves!
March was a tricky month. It started a little rocky by having my son sick and then having my husband away for work for a few days. However, towards the end it got pretty good as we celebrated the last weekend of the month with our ten years anniversary and Easter.

Now onto the outfit, I scored this gorgeous blazer at a Salvation Army a few months ago. It still had the tags on! I fell in love with the in- your- face royal blue and the wonderful  price tag of six bucks. You never know what treasures you can find in a thrift store so I absolutely love going thrifting every now and then.

I decided to style this blazer with a leopard print blouse and hot pink skirt to make the outfit really pop, finishing it up with high knee socks and these lace up booties from Dailylook. I love how they have the perfect heel! Chunky heels are my fave since they make the shoe very comfortable to wear, plus the cute lace up detail makes them a must have!

Hope you guys like this look and have a great weekend xx

India's Holi Festival

I had one of the must have experiences yesterday! Our Indian neighbors invited us to the Holi Festival which is an annual celebration that they do to welcome Spring. First, they gather to eat some great food, and then the water guns come in action! People from all ages, running around, having fun in the water. Around 2:30 in the afternoon, two guys came out with two big boxes and the colorful mess began. They started throwing up in the air little plastic bags with different color powders and everyone started running like crazy and having a rainbow fight!

Random people would come to me and say Happy Holi while smearing some powder on my face! Even though it was crazy, it was so so nice. I did not see anyone getting angry because they did not get a bag of powders. Everyone was sharing them and having a really pure good time. It was a refreshing experience and I got to share it with my friend Deb who was a little hesitant at first but then she got  into it as you can see in the picture. We are definitely going next year!

I remember the first time I saw  this, was in the movie called Outscourced and I fell in love with it.
The movie is really good too so I highly recommend it!

This weekend was magical as we also celebrated our 10 years anniversary! I am feeling so blessed at the moment and all I can say is thank you, thank you God.
